country that you are ordering any merchadise from. These exact Terms and

TERMS AND POLICIES
Disclaimer
Many countries regulate the use of radio receivers and transmitters. We
have no control over the end use of products or information sold by us.
Therefore, no liability is assumed for improper or illegal use. We
advise you to either consult with your attorney or check with the
communications authorities of your country (this would be FCC in the
U.S.) for the rules and/or laws concerning the use of radio equipment.
You should also check what products you are legally allowed to import
or have in your possessions.
Introduction
Trust us. Our International Sales Department ships all over the world
every day. Practically none of our shipments were never cofiscated nor
have any problems occured. We have been in business since 1992. It's
our opinion that it's pretty easy to deal with international
mail-orders. It's not a big deal - the world's getting smaller. With
us, you can order just like you ordered from a vendor around the
corner.
Does This Apply To Your Purchase?
This Terms and Policy section only applies to orders made by
international customers at our international sales department. It does
not apply to local sales or local/domestic mail orders.*
These Terms and Policies are very important part of your purchase
procedure so please, do pay attention and read carefully before
ordering. These terms are set to protect your business and to enable us
to better act on the market for your benefit.

IMPORTING MERCHANDISE IM 1.
Your purchase may be subject to duty and tax by Customs (see below for
European Union customers*). Any shipments may be opened and contents
may be subject to customs inspection, and illegally detected contents
may be confiscated. However it has proved that customs will unlikely
confiscate any delivery in almost any country. We know what we are
doing and also will let you know if there is a problem like that
forseen due nature of merchandise. You have a right to be concerned
about this. We are dealing with merchandise that has some or many
restrictions in most of the world as when it comes to operating,
owning, selling and having. If in any doubt please, contact for
details. A list of countries that we have delivered to can be
found here.
Importing radio receivers that cover the cellular phone frequencies or
non-FCC approved CB radios to the United States is a criminal act and
may be prosecuted

European Union
Under EU's Single Market Act of 1995 you can freely receive your
merchandise purchased from another EU country. There will be no customs
control for the items that we sell nor there will be duties or taxes
collected at any national border of the EU countries on merchandises
arriving from another EU country.
In the light of this Market Act it as simple to order from us direct
like it is to order from local mailorder outlet in your own country.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE MBG 1.
All Sales are covered by a Limited 30 Day Money Back Guarantee with
exceptions described below. This does not apply to orders which were
purchased under our FulPak terms and conditions. All returns
must be within 30 days of purchase and require a Return Merchandise
Authorization code (RMA) or will be refused. You may apply for RMA by
calling, faxing or by e-mail. RMA must be written on the Bandercom
Invoice, and the RM form that accompanies the ordered item. Return
shipping costs must be paid. Returned items must be received by us in
"as shipped" condition including original box, interior, slips,
manuals, accessories, copy of sales receipt/invoice, RM form properly
filled and warranty card. Do not send warranty cards in until after the
Limited Money Back Guarantee (30 days), or until you are certain the
item is functioning properly and that you will not return it.
RESTOCKING: In order to maintain lowest possible prices, and due to
the fact that Returned items cannot be sold as New Equipment. All
returns are subject to a low 10% restocking fee (min. US$20 or
equivalent TAX 0%).
ADVISORY
We would like to hope that items ordered from Bandercom are not ordered
for evaluation or for trial only, in any case if you feel that the item
that you received is not the one that you thought or wished it would be
please, consider following when you receive your order from us:
do not damage the original box
do not damage the items inside the box
do not write, draw or do any markings on any material
Bandercom has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product
or packaging is in an unacceptable condition.
DEFECTED ITEMS
If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of receipt a
replacement will be sent out at no charge upon receipt of the original
item at our premises.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made to the same credit card that the order was charged to.
If your payment was a check, money order or wire transfer there are
charges of payment return back to you, charges are depending your
location, bank and payment method: US$20 - 115. This charge will be
deducted from the NET refund amount. Refunds can take up to 30 business
days. We can not estimate the process time at the credit card group.

Return freight collect (we'll pay all charges) on specified carrier (contact for details).
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of
receipt a replacement will be sent out at no cost via Express Delivery
upon notification of the customer, full amount will be reserved from
credit card account and released upon arrival of the defect return.

PRICES PR 1.
Bandercom eShop prices are shown in EUR and our home currency is EUR.
EUR is European New currency. All prices are set in EUR and prices
listed are based on EUR. In most cases you will also see the price
equivalent in your own currency, then both currencies are displayed.
Note that yet we tend to update the currency database every day we can
not protect from currency fluctuation. All prices are in EUR and your
currency is displayed just to give you an idea what you will be
approximately paying when your credit card billing statement comes in
(see below for "Euroland" countries*). Bandercom can not control
currency fluctuation. We can not know what currency exchange rate your
bank will be using and can not be held responsible for any surcharges
that your bank or credit card company has set for foreign purchases.

When indicated, prices are including standard Air Mail delivery to
destinations. This is indicated at the top of the pricing.

*) Notice to "Euroland" customers : Except for EUR member
currencies which have fixed exchange rate to EUR. Prices in local
currency will be shown 100% accurate as rate of EUR is fixed. These
currencies are Finland FIM, Austria ATS, Belgium BEF, Deutsch DEM,
Spain ESP, France FRF, Ireland IEP, Italy ITL, Luxemburg LUF,
Netherlands NLG, and Portugal PTE.
SHIPPING
Please, do note that some prices do include regular Air Mail delivery.
This is indicated at the top of the pricing (in the web and Bandercom
eShop) or in terms in our written letter, e-mail or fax.
We ship via several methods. From Postal Air Mail and surface ground
delivery to the most advanced overnight special deliveries by UPS,
FedEx, DHL, TNT, Airborne, JetCargo, General Parcel etc . There is
always an option. We have shipped to over 50 countries in the World by
different means. Available delivery methods are described in web order
process. If you have special requests they are taken in to
consideration.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY GUARANTEE
To most counties insurance is included for every shipment. This is
described in web order process. To most Western countries 100%
delivery guarantee is included for most items by our pointed shipper.

POSTAL DELIVERY
Due to increased security worldwide, slight delays and problems with
Postal delivery will occur to some countries (preferably US). Other
delays are caused by general seasonal delay, Finnish Postal Service
(may delay 1-2 days), Exportation procedure, paperwork and hold of
merchadise for export (may cause 1-2 day delay), To our experience -
however - the longest delay is caused by US postal services. The postal
service is unable to locate the exact reason or track or trace regular
mail at US end but we are told that shipments reach JFK airport postal
terminal in 1-2 days after our despatch.
If you choose Postal delivery it with your understanding that there
may be delays in delivery and delays in recovery if item is lost or
damaged.
APO/FPO deliveries are in most cases sent by regular insured mail or
Priority Mail.
DELIVERY TIMES
Companies, such as UPS, FedEx and DHL are giving delivery times for
international shipments from overnight to 4 days depending on method,

Following are the guidelines for delivery time by AIR MAIL (not
guaranteed).
Air Mail delivery is 2-4 days Scandinavia, 6-7 Days Europe and 4-16
days USA/North America (*see below for more) is the best. 8-20 rest of
the world. These are general delivery lead times and based on our own
experience and reports from our customers.
* USA shipments: MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ (Generally New England) are only
4-8 days. MN, IN, MI, CA are the second best: 6-9 days. FL, GA, AL, NC,
SC, TX, NV, AZ, TN, KY, VA and WV.: 8-10 days. Generally WA (parts of
CA), OR, AK, HI are for some reason over 10 days. Sometimes South
Western States are the worst.

IMPORTANT: YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Please, note that if you choose our regular way of shipping, which is
the AIR MAIL the address must be in accordance with Postal Service of
your country (i.e. US Postal Service). In other words if you do not
receive your domestic mail to the address that you give us to ship to
mailman will not deliver to that address but will hold it somewhere
until it will be returned to us as "address unknown or non-deliverable".
This is typical if you live in rural area and your mail will be
delivered to RR box or P.O.Box somewhere at distance. In these cases we
can send via AIR MAIL only if the address is the same as where you
usually receive your everyday mail. In case of postal delivery to your
box a note of arrival will be delivered to your box.
International Delivery information:
To minimize shipping costs, all international shipments are sent
complete, unless you specifically request otherwise. On orders with
multiple items, it can take up to 15 business days to consolidate your
order from our stock prior to shipment. Backordered items can delay your
shipment further.
Special order items, such as parts not normally stocked or items which
must be configured at the manufacturer can take 2 to 4 weeks or longer
prior to delivery. Additional charges will apply for rush priority
service.
PAYMENT
Payment by VISA, MasterCard or American Express is accepted.
The verification process, which may delay your shipment, is required for
your initial order, after which you are entered into our customer
database. Verification of your credit information may be requested upon
subsequent orders.
Our credit card processing company also reserves the right to perform
verifications and checking on random. Note that this may delay your
shipment for up to 78 hours.
If your card is a debit card please allow up to 48 hours for
authorization. The amount of your order will be reserved and deducted
immediately from your debit account. There may be difference in the
amount of authorization reservation and our final charge.
We can not accept Visa Electron or Mastercard Maestro check cards in
mail/internet order.
IMPORTANT:
We can only charge your credit card in EUR. EUR is European Currency
EURO. Prices are shown in EUROS. If paid by Credit Card the exact amount
to be paid will be shown on your Card's Billing Statement in your own
currency. Bandercom can not be held responsible for any surcharges that
your bank may have against foreign purchases. Further, we can not
control currency fluctuations nor can we know the exact exchange rate
that your bank or credit card company is using. Any and all actual
overcharges and discrepancies should be reported within 30 business
days.
Note: Bandercom reserves the right to not process orders if the delivery
point is not your billing address. Use of credit card is contingent upon
bank approvals.
In most cases, product cannot be shipped unless delivered to the billing
address shown on your credit card billing statement. Please e-mail
directly for details, if required.
We reserve right to ask you to send any or all of the following
additional information. This procedure is required on some larger
orders:

Send by fax, post or e-mail attachment [JPEG/GIF] a clear and readable
Photostat of your credit card [front and back of card] along with a
Photostat of your credit card billing statement showing the card number
and billing address.

Please locate the three (3) digit number on the back of the credit card
(Visa or Mastercard/Eurocard) followed by the actual credit card number
on/above/below the signature line and fax or e-mail this information.

Please hand write the credit card number and expiration date, and your
signature authorizing this transaction.
OTHER PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cashier's checks and International Money Orders. Additional
charge on orders under $250 for clearing is $10. Please do note that we
can not accept United States Domestic Money Orders or Domestic Postal
Money Orders, neither we can accept personal checks or company checks.
For Company orders we can accept personal and company checks but the
clearing charge is $90 and clearing time is 28 days. Goods will not be
released until check has been cleared.

We also accept SWIFT and bank wire transfers. Additional fee is $10 for
orders under $250. Contact for information. At this time we can not
accept Western Union tranfers.

COD orders not accepted to certain countries.
COD is not available to certain countries. There is no way that we could
ship COD as there is no courier or mail service available for COD to
many countries, including USA, Canada, South American Countries, Japan
and Asia in general, Russia, Baltic countries and some countries in West
Europe, too. Please, inquire for more information.
